Current state service design
In the Service Design workshop focused on enhancing the University of Sydney's misconduct process, we uncovered critical insights from our analysis of the current state service document. This workshop was a collaborative effort involving stakeholders from across the university community, including students, faculty, and administrative staff. Together, we mapped out the existing processes, identified pain points, and pinpointed opportunities for improvement.
By visualizing the end-to-end journey and conducting deep dives into specific touchpoints, we gained a comprehensive understanding of where inefficiencies lie and where student stressors are most acute. These insights not only guided our discussions on refining procedures and reducing processing times but also sparked innovative ideas for implementing new technologies and support frameworks. The workshop underscored our commitment to enhancing student welfare and academic integrity through thoughtful, user-centered design solutions at the University of Sydney.

Future state service design
Building upon the insights gained from the current state analysis, the process of designing the future state for the University of Sydney was enriched through collaborative co-design sessions with key stakeholders from across the university's departments. These sessions fostered a creative exchange of ideas and perspectives, allowing us to envision an optimized and student-centric future state.
By engaging closely with faculty, administrative staff, and students themselves, we ensured that the future state design not only addressed current challenges but also anticipated future needs and aspirations. This participatory approach enabled us to co-create innovative solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall experience for everyone involved in the university community.
