Superannuation details are unclear and it was difficult to transfer superannuation without calling or help/ support from support centre staff. The IA made it challenging to find information for complex queries or self-manage

Design solutions that help view superannuation details, and payment history, and manage their account for Colonial First State Super CFS and CBA Essential Super products
