Here is a curated selection of prototypes that showcase my technical capabilities and proficiency with tools such as Miro, Figma, and CSS/HTML. These prototypes exemplify my ability to translate user requirements and design concepts into functional, interactive designs. Utilizing Miro, I facilitated collaborative workshops and mapped out user journeys and service blueprints. With Figma, I created detailed wireframes and high-fidelity designs, ensuring seamless user experiences. My knowledge of CSS/HTML enabled me to build and refine these designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces. These prototypes not only highlight my technical skills but also demonstrate my holistic approach to user-centered design.
Coles flypay QR payment system
Coles aims to simplify the process for customers to redeem Flybuys points, converting them into Flybuys dollars, and seamlessly integrating this feature into a new section of the Coles app. Additionally, we need to incorporate new QR code payment methods at Coles stores and assist with the rebranding of Flypay.
Prototype solution that allows customers to easily view and repurchase previously bought items.
Commbank - Insurance advisor portal
I developed a comprehensive design solution to assist advisors in calculating insurance premiums for both personal and business customers of CBA Insurance. This solution is encapsulated in an Axure prototype, which showcases the entire suite of pages for the insurance advisor portal. The prototype demonstrates a seamless, intuitive user interface designed to streamline the premium calculation process. By integrating advanced features and user-friendly navigation, the prototype addresses the specific needs of insurance advisors, ensuring they can efficiently manage client information and generate accurate premium quotes.
Equifax - Digital Platform
This platform was developed with a focus on onboarding and managing users and subscriptions for B2B customers. Additionally, it provides Equifax’s B2B customers and financial institutions the capability to manage their end consumers' financial details, reflecting the platform's SaaS nature.
