An overview of my approach to customer centred design approach: to demonstrate the complete design end to end process - from defining the problem, and discovery to ideation, design and finally delivery

Ubank is changing the way we think about traditional banking. The project involves making complex transactional screen easy to understand.

This exciting project is more than just course delivery; it helps nurturing peer to peer support by fostering a learning community that encourages students to support each other and connect. In addition to this to help students establish study habits that will help them to learn remotely.

Insurance - Commbank Comminsure

Several insurance projects to help Commbank's B2B customers provide and end service for their B2B insurance customers 
Also enable 2BC customers to lodge an insurance claim and manage their insurance payments

Ubank is making it easier for customers to apply for a mortgage with us. This project involves designing a new Home Loan Tracker, that enables customers to be able to keep up to date with the progress of their home loan.

Equifax is creating a new user management platform that will house a range of Equifax digital subscription services. One of the designs I world on was for onboarding and managing users and subscriptions to software for B2B customers. Another service that the platform offers is to allow Equifax’s B2B customers and financial institutions to be able to manage their own end consumers' financial details (Saas)
